MCLEAN, VA — A neighborhood in McLean is using its own security measure to help solve potential crimes, according to a new report from Fox5DC.

A small group of houses is using a license plate reader to capture images of vehicles in the neighborhood. The neighborhood, which was not disclosed by Fox5DC, would give police license plate images in the case of a crime investigation.
